If needed, your instrument comes directly back to our workshop,

Because we are confident in the quality of our services, repairs carried out in our workshop also benefit from a 5-year warranty.
Returning your instrument
If your instrument requires a return to our workshop under warranty,
we naturally cover the shipping costs
when the malfunction results from a manufacturing defect or an error on our part,
whether it is a new instrument or a repair carried out by our workshop.
If, after expertise, the defect found does not fall within the scope of the warranty, the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tips for Transporting Your Instrument
To protect your instrument during transport,
we recommend packing it with the utmost care, in double packaging if possible, accompanied by suitable protection.
You can also drop off your instrument directly at our workshop, without an appointment, during our opening hours.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers any mechanism malfunction
occurring during normal use of the instrument,
in the absence of impact, fall, or external intervention.
Manufacturing defects or Malfunction
Also covered are defects related to the manufacture or assembly of the instrument, including:
- an assembly defect;
- the incorrect positioning of a component;
- a dropped needle due to a manufacturing defect;
- any anomaly noted upon leaving our workshop.
Cessation of operations
If your instrument ceases to function under normal use,
our workshop will investigate the cause.
If it is a defect covered by the warranty, it will be diagnosed, repaired, adjusted, and checked before being returned.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from an external cause or improper use of the instrument.
Impacts and improper handling
Damage caused by a fall, impact, unsuitable transport,
or improper handling is not covered by the warranty.
Improper use
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use that does not comply with our recommendations,
lack of maintenance, or exposure to unsuitable conditions.
External Interventions
Any repair, modification, or disassembly carried out
outside our workshop voids the warranty.
Normal wear and tear
Normal wear and tear of components and consumables, as well as cosmetic defects
that do not affect the proper functioning of the instrument, are not covered by the warranty.
