Carpenter

*Jacquemin Manufacturing*

When NAUDET had its own carpenter, all wooden cases were made in-house.

Today, we have chosen to entrust this manufacturing to Manufacture Jacquemin, a family business located in the Jura region and certified as an "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (EPV - Living Heritage Company) since 2009.

For several decades, they have been making the elegant wooden cases that house our barographs.

Each case is crafted with the same care given to our mechanisms, in accordance with expertise passed down through several generations.

Polisher

*Parmentier Polishing*

Some finishes cannot be replicated by any machine.

For the polishing of our brass parts, we trust Parmentier Polissage, a human-sized French company whose quality of finishes and consistency of work fully contribute to the excellence of our instruments.

Each part is worked with patience and precision to achieve the characteristic lustre of NAUDET instruments.

After this polishing step, the parts return to our workshop where they are carefully varnished.
This protective varnish permanently preserves their surface against oxidation and allows the brass to retain its full shine over the years.

Repeller

*Ribeiro & Sons*

Some large parts cannot be produced in our workshop as our machines are not suitable for these sizes.

For several years, we have entrusted Ribeiro & Fils with the manufacturing of these components.

A family business specializing in metal spinning since 1979, they have mastered a rare expertise that allows them to shape brass, steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with great precision.

Their teams produce the large brass casings used in some of our devices, while adhering to the quality requirements that characterize our instruments.

Chromer

*Brand*

We trust Marchio, a French company specializing in metal treatment since 1954.

Their expertise allows us to create the chrome finishes for some of our instruments, as well as to treat many other parts that make up our barographs, hygrometers, and various precision devices.

Surface chroming offers parts excellent corrosion resistance, while also providing them with the meticulous finish that characterizes NAUDET instruments.

Thanks to this expertise, each component combines technical quality, longevity, and elegance.

Our instruments are precision objects.

Their packaging is therefore designed with the same exacting standards as their manufacturing.

For several years, Bazin Cartonnages has been creating our custom packaging to ensure optimal protection during transport.

Because the quality of an instrument begins long before its assembly, we pay particular attention to the choice of materials that compose it. Brass, mineral glass, steel, and wood are selected for their aesthetic qualities, reliability, and durability.
