Thanks to its clear and precise dial, it indicates the real conditions of your cellar and highlights the optimal storage zone, corresponding to a humidity of 70% for a temperature between 10 and 15°C. The alignment of the two needles in this zone confirms that your bottles are benefiting from the ideal conditions for their aging.
