OCTAGONAL BAROMETER
20CM – REFURBISHED

This old aneroid barometer has been given a new lease of life in our workshop. Presented in an elegant new 20 cm octagonal black wooden case, it combines the charm of a period instrument with a contemporary and refined presentation.

Its large 15.5 cm dial, completely refurbished, offers clear readability while retaining the spirit of old open-heart barometers. The visible movement reveals the mechanics, recalling the craftsmanship of instruments of yesteryear.

The mechanism has been completely overhauled, checked, adjusted, and calibrated in our workshop to ensure reliable operation. The brass elements have been carefully cleaned, while retaining a few slight traces of time that contribute to the authenticity of this instrument.

The brass bezel, combined with the original glass, retains a few marks from its history, including a discreet chip in the lower right corner. These imperfections do not affect its operation and simply bear witness to the life of this instrument before it passed through our workshop.

Both a decorative object and a genuine measuring instrument, this barometer is offered as a single item in our collection of refurbished instruments.
