Its mechanism reproduces the tidal cycle and tracks its evolution over the hours. A sweep second hand simply allows you to check the proper functioning of the device. For optimal precision, adjustment is carried out during a new moon, a period when the discrepancy between the mechanism and actual tides is the smallest.

With a hood diameter of 10.2 cm, a flange diameter of 13.7 cm and a depth of 4.8 cm, this instrument naturally finds its place in a seaside home, a boat cabin or any interior inspired by the maritime world. The flange allows for elegant mounting using the three provided mounting screws. For a more discreet installation, the device also features a keyhole slot located on the back.

Adjustment is easily done using the knob located on the back of the mechanism. The indicator comes ready to use with its LR6 (1.5 V) battery.
